Individual, Couples/Partners & Family Therapy

I am comfortable working with all constellations of relationship and family dynamics. This includes blended families, co-parents, couples, intimate partners, queer, polyamory, non-monogamy, relationship anarchy, etc. I work with all ages and demographics, depending on my scope and the “rightness of fit”. Group Therapy

Group therapy is a way to connect with others who share/ grapple with similar experiences. A group setting can be a powerful way to feel connected and expedite growth and healing. I am not currently offering any groups, but stay tuned!

Professional Consultation

If you are a counseling professional and would like peer support and/or guidance. If you are a leader in your field and would like Relational support and/ or consultation for yourself and/or your organization, please feel free to reach out.

Clinical Supervision

I am an Oregon board approved clinical supervisor. If you are an LMFT or LPC Intern seeking Relational, trauma-informed supervision, please feel free to reach out.

Education, Community Building & Culture Creation

This can come in the form of consultation sessions, think tank/ brain storm meetings, community-based workshops, written work, guest speaking, etc. For additional community-building offerings please contact me.

I offer in-person and online meetings. In-person meetings can take place at my office or out in the world. I am very flexible with where meetings can take place, but for therapy, this flexibility is limited by insurance restrictions, so please inquire.

For therapy meetings (which includes Individual, partners, family and group), I am a participating provider for:

  • Blue Cross/ Blue Shield (Regence)

  • Pacific Source (Commercial plans only)*

  • I can bill as an out-of-network provider for Providence

If I am not a participating provider for your health plan I can provide a "Superbill" statement, which clients can submit to their Health Plan for direct reimbursement. This will depend on out-of-network benefits, so please inquire with your health plan first.

*apologies, but I am not in-network with Pacific Source OHP (Oregon Health Plan/Medicaid program).

I am happy to work with clients who are self-pay with sliding scale options, if needed.

FEES

$190 - Initial Assessment*/ 60** minute meetings for Individuals

$210- Initial Assessment/ 60 minute meetings for couples/ partners & families

$165 - 45 minute*** meetings for Individuals

$190- 45 minute meeting for couples/ partners & families

$50-$210 sliding scale (depending on income and life circumstances - this is negotiated between myself and the client and each situation is unique and thoughtfully considered)

Extended meetings (90-120 minutes) may occur for EMDR sessions, family meetings or more complex relational meetings that require more time and attention. In some instances I can bill health plans for extended sessions. For out of pocket payers, please note that extended sessions are billed per 15 minute increments (after the first hour) based on the agreed upon out of pocket rate. For questions about this, please inquire.

*Initial Assessments are an important part of discerning if working together is the "right fit" and do not necessarily mean we will work together. The right fit can be based on many factors- some include, client’s sense of comfort/ safety, a client's presenting issues are outside the scope of my competency/practice. There may be ethical concerns such as dual relationship and/or conflicts of interest. In all of these instances, I will provide referrals and resources that best support the client's needs.

** Please note that what is considered a "60 minute" meeting is actually between 53-55 minutes so I have time to transition between clients. This is the standard amount of time I use with clients to optimize care and progress.

***45 minute meetings are sometimes used as a supplement to the recurring 60 minute meetings or if a client or myself are needing an abbreviated meeting to accommodate other commitments. This is not the standard meeting time in my practice.
